Welcome to Sales Training Design Matters.
 
Thank you for landing on my Sales Education Design site. Please explore the various topics and let me know  how I can assist you.
 
My hope for STDM is to have the opportunity to partner with organizations that appreciate the many benefits a well-designed training program can deliver.  

My 25 + years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Sales Training enables me to bring a unique perspective to your sales education program development. I understand the wants and needs of these three groups and the importance of bringing them into the design process.  Together, we can develop programs that address the skills required by the sales team while ensuring consistency of the messaging to the end user.

Together we will develop your strategy, implement the various components to the strategy and create a process for assessing the effectiveness of the training. We will set a goal of continuing improvement as we build a learning environment within your organization.    

I am confident we can create and deliver educational opportunities that enable you to reach your operational objectives for the short and long-term.      
 
We often hear that there is no substitute for experience.  I believe there is no substitute for having experienced. We can do this together.

  • Successful organization design requires the buy-in from the internal  and external customers and your executive team. 
  • ​​​Setting your desired outcomes of the program, as your first step, allows you to retain consistency in your program design.        
  • Continuing education and field-based coaching are key components to your programs.  
  • Always strive to raise the bar on your training. Keep your customer wanting more.

Where do we start?
Together we will develop a road map for your training organization by assessing your Sales Education Objectives, Programs, Resources.
 
Next Steps:
  • Create a Curricula to address your short and mid-term objectives per the assessment process.  
  • Develop individual curriculum for each targeted business segment.
  • Implement your new programs and evaluate the outcomes.
  • Make any necessary adjustments.

       Marc Vosler, a 25+ year veteran in Sales, Marketing and Training, within the Orthopaedic Medical Device sector, has developed training organizations for two global Orthopedic companies.  His desire is to partner with organizations, bringing together Sales, Marketing and Sales Training, in the development of  Training Strategies . Marc lives in the Mid-west with his family, 1 dog, 2 cats, 3 chinchillas, 2 turtles and an annoying Cockatiel (For Sale).
